We provide domestic pest control, commercial pest control, and bird control and proofing services across the UK. Descriptions on this website are a general guide; the exact scope of any job is confirmed in the quote we give you before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are fixed for the work described.
• The price agreed before work starts is the price you pay — any change of scope is agreed with you first.
• Payment terms (on completion or invoiced) are confirmed when the work is booked.

4. Access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas needing treatment and to follow any preparation or aftercare instructions we give (for example, keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the period we specify). If we cannot complete a job because access or preparation was not provided, a revisit may be chargeable.

5. Treatments and guarantees

We use professional products and methods appropriate to each pest and property, and we will tell you honestly what results to expect, including where follow-up visits are needed. Where a specific guarantee applies to a treatment, its terms are stated in your quote.

6. Wildlife and legal compliance

All work is carried out in line with UK legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. Bird control uses lawful, humane proofing and deterrent methods.

7. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take care in everything we do. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide or by failure to follow our instructions.

9. Cancellations
