Enquiry and callback forms

Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Phone and email contact

If you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation and your contact details for as long as needed to deliver the service you asked about and to keep reasonable business records.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Where consent rules apply, analytics only run in line with them.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data under legitimate interest (responding to a request you made) and, where we go on to do work for you, under contract. Analytics data is processed under legitimate interest in improving the website.
